• What kind of metal are your rings made of? We source our ring blanks from other jewelers and they are made from non-precious metals. We do not really make jewelry... We make conceptual Art,.. ideas that we have sculpted or created and then framed in jewelry blanks so that we can wear them ourselves. We choose jewelry blanks that change as worn... they patina or wear in places that reveal the copper or brass under the plating. If you are used to solid golds or silvers and do not like your metals to show wear; you may not love these if you wear them very often!

• Do you do custom pieces? No. We love to hear what you like and the designs that you find exciting. Eppie will try to work them into collections so that you can jump on the drops and grab one (or more). We cannot do custom pieces because we try to keep our pricing down and every special listing or arrangement to receive special payment or documentation and keeping up with the order makes the effort overwhelming. There is no amount of extra money that could make us give up the excitement and passion we have for creating designs that move us... and we hope move you! The business side of Art keeps us moving smoothly from one thing to another following what sustains us. We need to keep things as simple as possible as we move from sculpting to writing to performing to running our shops and businesses... all on top of raising our children, serving in our communities and keeping our homes. We Thank you HUGELY for supporting us in all of this!!!!!!

• What are all of these shops??? We have made our shops separate so that drops are easy to jump to immediately (which can get quite stressful for people wanting a specific Drop design before it is scooped up)!!! You can view all of our offerings together, or depending on the category you are most interested in.

• Do you use Artificial intelligence for your two dimensional t-shirt or print on demand designs? Absolutely NOT!!! All of our designs are hand drawn, painted, or otherwise thoroughly imagined by us and our human brains!!! We will use digital programs like procreate to draw or paint when we feel that will translate better into print, but never anything that generates a design or design idea for us... often we combine non digital works with digital embellishment for unique and original finished pieces... Furthermore, Where it is within our power to choose, we do not use AI to write our posts, emails, or articles, We answer our emails or express our thoughts on our own. We kind of resent when our devices try to answer for us.

• If I order a bunch of things in a drop, can I be reimbursed shipping on multiple orders? Yes, we will automatically put all of your pieces into one shipment and reimburse Any multiple shipping charges. If we see you ordered something to be shipped to a different address, we will charge for that shipping and send it as directed.

• Reimbursements? We cannot offer reimbursements, We are as transparent as possible with our listings and offerings. They are not indestructible and need to be treated kindly. That said, please let us know if there are any problems. We hope that every order is received with excitement and anticipation and you are enormously happy with your truly unique piece of Art. *Please remember, these are special and, though durable, do not hold up under all manner of abuse. Likewise, our one of a kind clothing should be treated as though it is Art you wear. We treat our products like we are heathens that have no respect for anything... but we know we can fix them or repurpose them if we mess them up. We take the responsibility when we destroy something with our carelessness... if you have problems because you cleaned your pool with chemicals while wearing one of our pieces... well....
